2nd Line Support Engineer

I'm lokoing for a skilled Second Line Support Engineer to join my client's IT team. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining in-house developed products and providing support to end users.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-line technical support for software solutions.
  • Install and configure software products.
  • Handle data conversions and imports.
  • Perform proactive maintenance on IT systems and software.
  • Manage accurate service desk information for effective issue analysis and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in second-line technical customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with product installations, data management, and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, networking, and firewalls.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA).
