You'll be providing hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment while developing your skills in hardware, software, networking, and help desk management.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Providing 2nd Line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Troubleshooting and resolving Windows, macOS, and Linux operating system problems.
* Managing support tickets using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy.
* Collaborating with 1st and 3rd Line teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Setting up and configuring new hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Assisting users with network connectivity, security, and troubleshooting.
* Maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
* Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in a 2nd Line IT support role OR a 1st Line Engineer eager to step up.
* Strong understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and configuration.
* Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
* Experience with networking concepts and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
* Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows Server (up to 22)
* Virtualisation including both Azure VD, VMware, Hyper-V
* Familiarity with help desk software such as Jira, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
