Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer 

Rate: £220 per day INSIDE IR35

Duration: 3 months 

Location: York - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of second line support
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience in working on a busy service desk
  • Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
  • Windows 10 support in a domain environment
  • Hardware & peripherals troubleshooting & support
  • Software troubleshooting & support
  • Active Directory 
  • TCP/IP Networks
  • Microsoft Office 2016 Suite
  • VPN troubleshooting & support
