Your expertise in hardware and software support is your passport to success here, and will see you looking after a large client base in a bespoke environment.

You do need to eligible for SC and DV Clearance for this position.

Office based in Portsmouth

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the first and second-line support for PC's, laptops, peripherals, and printers
  • Build, configure, and solve desktop and laptop systems
  • Incident requests
  • Install, configure, and maintain network printers, and support remote access connections

What you’ll bring:

  • Desktop experience at a 2nd Line level in a complex IT support environment
  • Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management

It would be great if you had:

  • Familiarity with SysTrack
  • Knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon
