360 Recruiter to run a Logistics desk . we need someone who has dealing in this Recruitment industry Must enjoy sales talking to new and existing business to support in all their Recruitment solutions giving 100% customers service

About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to making placements-and filling temp booking .

You'll work closely with clients and candidates, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.You'll also play a key role in driving business development and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of Logistics roles
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Negotiating offers and managing placements.and all temp business
  • Achieving recruitment targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Understanding industry trends and staying up-to-date on recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a the driving industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and technologies.
