Our client is a world leader, specialising in the production of 4D construction and site logistics animations for bid submissions, planning, marketing, and client communication. Their team collaborates with clients from all over Europe and the USA to develop artistic solutions by translating technical CAD or BIM data into 4D construction animations and visuals that demonstrate construction methodology and planning logistics.

The Role:

They are on the search for the best talent in the construction sector. This is a full-time hybrid role for a 3D Visualiser (Construction) located in Liverpool. As a 3D Visualiser, you will be responsible for creating 4D animations and visuals based on technical CAD or BIM data. This role involves translating technical information into visually appealing presentations.

Requirements:

  • CONSTRUCTION VISUALISATION PORTFOLIO
  • EXPERT LEVEL IN 3DS MAX
  • 3 YEARS COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE IN BIM or VISUALISATION
  • ONSITE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
