THE BUSINESS:

3rd Line IT Support/Infrastructure Engineers with a proven track record of working within an MSPenviorment. Looking for someone with infrastructure and pre-sales experience.

THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • System Administration
  • Incident and Problem Management
  • Project Implementation and Support
  • Technical Documentation
  • Cyber/Security
  • System Monitoring
  • Capacity Planning
  • Communication and Interaction

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • MSP Experience
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Virtualisation Tools and Networking Protocols
  • Strong Infrastructure Knowledge
  • The ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
