Role: 3rd Line Network Engineer
Location: Hybrid (London office 3 days PW)
Salary: £65,000

I am working with one of the UKs leading MSPs, winner of countless 'best place to work' awards as well as boasting a state-of-the-art newly refurbished facility who are on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Network Engineer to join their like-minded team.

This is an all-encompassing role where no two days will be the same. You will get involved with every aspect of Networking be that complex projects, support, pre-sales and service delivery or helping out with Architecture, a brilliant opportunity for any passionate engineer.

You will be working on a multitude of projects with the latest Cisco devices and NGFWs all while providing exceptional customer service.

What more could you want?

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support on complex issues
  • Deploy network upgrades in specialist and bespoke projects
  • Configure a range of IP network equipment
  • Reviewing, modifying and network concepts and putting into practice
  • Assist in client consulting

The ideal candidate:

  • CCNP or equivalent level of experience
  • Expert in troubleshooting
  • Detailed understanding of MPLS, BGP & OSPF
  • L2/L3 knowledge on routing and switching
  • Understanding of copper and fibre networking
  • Ideally worked in MSP environment
