AS A PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER, YOU WILL:

• · Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Product Design.
• · Develop students' creativity and technical skills through practical projects and theoretical lessons.
• · Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• · Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom environment.
• · Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in school events.
• · Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging all students to achieve their potential.

THE RIGHT PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER WILL BE:

• Hold a teaching qualification relating to Product Design
• Confident with teaching GCSE Product Design Teacher
• Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box

THE SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT DESIGN TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Exceptional degree relating to Product Design such as theatre design, product design, graphics, silversmithing, or architecture.
• Teaching qualification
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
• Salary paid to scale - GBP160 - GBP218per day Fringe pay
