With our Client we are looking to appoint an AAT - Part Qualified Finance Assistant OR a Finance Assistant who is considering starting their AAT Studies.

Based in Kearsley our Client is not accessible by Public Transport - they do have on site car parking.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £24,000 -£26,000 depending on depth of experience and level of Qualification
  • Early finish on a Friday
  • 20 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Hols- rising to 25 days
  • Annual Appraisal and Review
  • Pension
  • On Site Car Parking
  • Kitchen Facilities

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE ASSISTANT;

Will report to the Finance Manager and will work as part of a small - hands on and likeable team!

You will across;

  • Daily use of Word / Excel and Sage Line 50
  • Process and Post Sales and Purchase Invoices
  • Reconcile Supplier Statements and Purchase Ledger for Month End
  • Use Sage to prepare Bank Reconciliations
  • Post Payments and Receipts
  • Prepare VAT Returns
  • Assist with Payroll

Our Client is willing to train and develop the right Candidate - however to be considered for the Finance Assistant role your MUST have a working knowledge of Sage Line 50.
