Tradewind are currently looking to appoint a fantastic SEN TA to join one of our partner schools in Bedford!

Our partner school are looking for an outstanding SEN TA to join them to work with several children with ASD. Prior experience for this role would be highly beneficial but training can be provided for the right candidate. We are very happy to hear from people with experience in a different field or in their personal life.

At this school, children and staff nurtured to achieve the best of their ability. Encouraging celebration of success and achievements, the senior leadership at this school invest in their staff, offering development opportunities through CPD, and training on inset days. With excellent resources and facilities, you will be able to provide the best learning experience for you pupils who are well behaved and ready to learn.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Aptitude to learn on the job and be flexible to the needs of the school
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children with additional needs
  • Develop impactful relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
