Access Control / CCTV Contract Manager required. Our client has been providing buildings support to local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector clients for over 40 years.

Successful candidates will manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes, installations and special projects for various contracts across the CCTV / Access Control Warden Call Department. Candidates will also meet and liaise with clients, preparing estimates/quotes. Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the 'Health and Safety at Work Act', to Industry Standards and within contract specifications.

Access Control / CCTV Contract Manager Position Overview

  • Preparation of annual PPM and statutory compliance programme of works
  • Management and monitoring of specialist contractors
  • Planning and co-ordination of direct labour, ensuring that programme is on time and in budget
  • Updating of the programme works, preparation of performance and current status reports
  • Develop commercial awareness and lead the continued improvements for PPM & testing regimes
  • To ensure that health and safety risks are managed by sub-contractors, specialist contractors and direct labour, including but not limited to, ensuring legal compliance, preparation of risk and method statements for the works.
  • Manage and control of the administration and development of the portal ensuring that the documents are uploaded in accordance with the procedures and in the set time limit
  • Preparation of financial budgets, completing financial variations and application for payments

Access Control / CCTV Contract Manager Position Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Access Control/ CCTV in a similar role.
  • Have the ability to plan and prepare annual programme of works
  • Be able to prepare and design performance reports and charts
  • Have Asbestos Awareness training and be able to manage Health & Safety risks
  • Be able to carry out Health and Safety Risk Assessments, produce Method Statements and deliver tool box talks
  • Have SFG20, PPM & Statutory compliance awareness and contract awareness
  • Have HNC/BSC in Construction Management qualification
  • Be able to produce estimates for schedule of rates contracts and have quantity surveying experience

Access Control / CCTV Contract Manager Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £45,000- £55,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00am - 5:00pm, ½ hour unpaid lunch break
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years' service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days
