Access Control Technical Support Engineer

Access Control Technical Support Engineer required. Our client is a global manufacturer who specialises in electronic gates and access controls security systems. They are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have an in-depth knowledge in access controls and will also provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance and provide resolutions to customers via email and telephone.

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Overview

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and email to resolve customer and partner issues.
• Technical Support providing technical advice to external customers, internal and external staff.
• Technical Files maintaining technical and drawing files on products
• Maintain and update internal CRM Support ticket database accurately
• Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Requirements

• 3+ years experience using access controls in a similar company/ position
• Excellent customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office

Access Control Technical Support Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary: £30,000- £40,000 ( potential negotiation DOE)
• Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm
  Holiday package: 22 days + 8BH
