This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to take their first step into the property world. As an Accompanied Viewer, you will play a vital role in showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants. This role requires a dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a strong sense of customer service!

A driving license is essential to be considered for this opportunity.

  • NG9, Nottingham
  • £17,000 - £22,300 per annum - meets national minimum wage for age
  • Full time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide detailed information about the properties, highlighting key features and answering any questions.
- Gather and provide feedback from viewings to the sales or lettings team.
- Ensure properties are presented to the highest standard before each viewing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospective buyers or tenants.

Requirements:

- Valid UK driving license is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Professional and personable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
