Jo at TN Recruits is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join a long-standing Employee Benefits advisory firm located in Tunbridge Wells. This is a brilliant opportunity to engage directly with senior business figures and key decision-makers, guiding them through workplace pension plans and employee benefits – all while enjoying the advantages of a generous commission structure.

Main Duties Include: - Sourcing and securing new business leads through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Handling the full sales cycle from introduction through to deal completion
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with commercial clients and professional introducers
- Delivering tailored presentations and customised benefits solutions
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Who We’re Looking For: - A self-starter with a target-oriented mindset and strong drive to succeed
- Background in B2B sales or client account management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop lasting relationships
- Capable of juggling multiple accounts while keeping a well-organised pipeline
- Prior exposure to Financial Services (particularly pensions or employee benefits) is an advantage but not essential
- Open to working towards QCF Level 4 qualifications if not already certified
