Jo at TN Recruits is seeking a Business Development Consultant to join a long-standing Employee Benefits advisory firm located in Tunbridge Wells. This is a brilliant opportunity to engage directly with senior business figures and key decision-makers, guiding them through workplace pension plans and employee benefits – all while enjoying the advantages of a generous commission structure.

Main Duties Include:
  • Sourcing and securing new business leads through outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Handling the full sales cycle from introduction through to deal completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with commercial clients and professional introducers
  • Delivering tailored presentations and customised benefits solutions
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A self-starter with a target-oriented mindset and strong drive to succeed
  • Background in B2B sales or client account management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop lasting relationships
  • Capable of juggling multiple accounts while keeping a well-organised pipeline
  • Prior exposure to Financial Services (particularly pensions or employee benefits) is an advantage but not essential
  • Open to working towards QCF Level 4 qualifications if not already certified
