Major Players are working with a bespoke OOH advertising agency, focusing on public art spaces. We are looking for an Account Director who has experience in creative campaigns and business development. You will oversee the management of all accounts, develop strategic proposals, and drive business growth.

Our client specialises in building direct relationships with brands and clients, collaborating with marketing teams from top-tier clients across fashion, streetwear and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Devise strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create effective tools and strategies.
  • Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events to forge new business relationships.
  • Network at a senior level externally.

Account and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the management of clients' campaigns including installations and experiential.
  • Manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Report and plan with senior management.
  • Meet business profit and revenue targets.
  • Foster and develop client relationships.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Track record of managing and achieving targets.
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong presentation skills.
