Eximius Group are working on behalf of a UK cloud contact centre solutions provider that requires an enterprise account director to work with a small number of high profile UK clients. This role will be part of the customer success team within the business.

You will need to be an experienced account leader that has worked at C Suite level with enterprise customers on complex SaaS solutions before and seen Net new and ARR success from this. Experience in the CX and contact centre space is preferred but if you have worked in a connected space (telecoms, CRM etc.) and are aware of the CC/CX product landscape that could work too. You'll need to be able to work independantly on multiple projects at once but you'll have support from all the relevant in house teams you'll require.

This role is remote although the hirer has offices around the country and you'll be expected to visit customers as needed to be succesful. The company are an award winning employer that invest in their people and their teams to grow and improve them.
