Position: Account Director
Salary: Up to £80k + uncapped OTE
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid Working Options Available)

Are you a seasoned Account Director with over 5 years of experience selling into the Higher Education sector? Do you have the gravitas and drive to excel in a client-facing role? If so, we want to hear from you!

About Us: Our Client is an established IT Security consultancy with current spending accounts. This role offers the possibility of mentoring a junior sales person and furthering your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and manage existing accounts within the Higher Education sector
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and guide junior sales personnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service to clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling into the Higher Education sector
  • Strong presence and ability to engage with clients effectively
  • Ambition and drive to succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
