Account Director, Group M - Leading Omnichannel Digital / Ad Tech Platform - £50,000 - £60,000 + double OTE + fantastic benefits

The Company

My client is one of Europe's fastest growing digital entertainment and ad tech platforms. They have a full suite of offerings, their own DSP, and are TRULY omnichannel when it comes to their solutions, offering best in class products in the industry.

With a massive worldwide presence and multiple global trading deals in place across all agency hold cos, they are a dominant figure in the digital media landscape.

They pride themselves on the culture they are building and are looking for an outgoing, personable sales rep join their London team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most exciting businesses in the space and be a leading figure in the hugely successful sales team.

The Job

  • Actively sell into agencies across the digital media landscape - mainly Group M, who the business has a global trading deal with.
  • Actively expand your network by bringing on new clients, as well as nourishing existing ones.
  • Report directly into the Head of Sales to work.
  • Speaking with the full range of agency personnel - from planners/buyers to senior agency partners and C-suite levels to grow agency relationships and further trading agreements
  • Selling market leading solutions across digital, including display, video, gaming, in-app, connected TV, audio, managed service, self-serve and more.
  • Working with the team to hit quarterly revenue targets and capitalise on all revenue streams

You

  • MUST HAVE: A strong book of contacts across Group M agencies is a must have.
  • MUST HAVE: 4+ years' experience from an ad tech vendor, or media owner in a digital / programmatic sales role. Must come from this either of these backgrounds in your current / most recent role.
  • MUST HAVE: Culture and personality fit is KEY! A bubbly, energetic and motivated sales person who is proactive in their role. A hunter mentality who is not afraid to put themselves in front of new clients to bring on new business.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the digital advertising and media landscape.
  • Experience selling managed service, or self-serve products.
  • Experience in an ad tech company is a bonus, but not a necessity. A good baseline knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • You will be keen to work in a growing company and bring the best out of a brilliant team
