Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Promote the adoption and use of company solutions within the customer base.
• Achieve incremental sales and capture new business opportunities.
• Engage regularly with customers through on-site meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Ensure customer retention and development in their use of company solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with the lead to order process.
• Provide timely and reliable management information to support business strategy goals.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships and drive incremental sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
