Role: Account Executive - Large Format Print

Salary: £25K-£30K

Location: Seaford, East Sussex

My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics and Signage business who are looking to bring in an experienced Account Executive to their team. This role will be focused on developing existing relationships, costings, ordering materials, as well as some admin.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
  • Interpreting customer specifications and providing quotations
  • Dealing with customer queries/complaints
  • Processing orders
  • Booking in job bags using the internal CRM system. This will be for both in house customers, and also processing job bags for sales reps customers.
  • There will occasionally be new customers phoning, but generally this role is dealing with dealing with pre-existing customers.

Key skills:

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
