Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, hybrid (2 days at home) after training and probation

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client Halo Design Associates based in Southbourne (not far from the beach). Due to growth, they are now looking for a Account Executive to join their friendly, sociable team.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support on advertising and marketing campaigns for their ambitious clients, ensuring their visions are brought to life with precision and creativity. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll play a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of all marketing activity.
This role would suit a graduate who has a min of a year’s placement experience at the least. You must be of a growth mindset as this is an entry level role to a career in client services. You will be a real "people person" who is articulate, fun, confident and a team player. Working in a client pod you will report into a Senior Client Account Manager who will help train and nurture you.
The Account Executive role will suit someone who: -
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or
- 1-2 years’ experience in a client service position or similar role
- Bubbly, outgoing personality who can work in a team
- Good communication skills with a high level of English inc verbal and written
- Should have min 1 years exp in Marketing, social media, customer services or account management
- Be a confident team player who can take minutes in client meetings
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Be a trusted point of contact for their clients, responding to queries and supporting the Account Director and Account Manager with specific communications
Campaign Coordination: Support the day-to-day operations of advertising and marketing campaigns, from initial brief to final delivery
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital and production, to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution
Budget Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, escalating to help ensure all campaigns are delivered within agreed financial parameters
Reporting: Help prepare campaign performance reports, providing any insights and recommendations for future projects
Market Research: Conduct desk research to understand client industries, target audiences and market trends to help inform campaign strategies
Administrative Support: Assist the Account Director and Account Manager with administrative tasks, raising POs, quoting, meeting preparation
