We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for an Account Executive to join their team! This is your chance to join a highly regarded SaaS company expecting to have a huge impact on the RecTech industry.

Key Responsibilities as an Account Executive

  • A critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, developing new business opportunities, supporting the Sales Director with effective account management and closing deals.
  • Will assist in various stages of the client engagement process, from initial contact to post-delivery support.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification - Identify and research potential clients using a variety of tools and platforms. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business leads. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads. Track and manage the lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Mentorship & Leadership - Mentor and coach junior SDRs, providing guidance and sharing best practices. Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.

Core Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive / Sales Development capacity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in RecTech/SaaS/Software Solutions.
  • This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales development and the ability to mentor further SDRs & AEs as the team grows!
