An industry leading Insurance Specialist, renowned for being a people first organisation are looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team.  You will join a dedicated team of 40-45 professionals focused on evolving risk, technology, and property. You will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue and managing client relationships. Your impact will be felt through exceeding company forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets by building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

The Role:

• Manage an existing book of business, inherited based on your experience.
• Generate new business revenue by providing comprehensive insurance solutions to potential clients and effectively managing these accounts once onboarded.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements, ensuring their needs are consistently met.

The Candidate:

• Extensive experience in a new business role within the insurance industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including new business development and client retention.
• Familiarity with tracking and reporting performance metrics
• Experience implementing marketing strategies and using CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Understanding of FCA regulations and CII Code of Ethics
