Commercial Account Executive - Key responsibilities (but not limited to)
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Account Growth and Upselling:
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
- Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong B2B or Commercial sales experience. we will consider someone with 2 years or more personal lines or commercial insurance experience (Training can be provided for the right candidate)
- GCSE including Maths (4/C)
- Previous sales experience
