The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Account Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the leading, developing and supporting the team and measuring their performance against service levels.  You’ll maintain and communicate procedural requirements across the team and manage all back office functions related to manual processing.

You will also:

  • Report on team performance, managing development and training of team members
  • Perform regular first line audits of key controls
  • Prioritise key tasks and workload for the team
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide rapid responses and effective solutions.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with clear goals and actions to maximise performance

To be considered as our Account Maintenance Supervisor you will need:

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to develop and support the team
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritising and maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • A solutions focussed approach, owning problems through to resolution
  • Experience within a high volume, customer focussed environment
  • The ability to manage and support customer queries

A leadership or management background would be beneficial to your application, in particular in the area of financial services.
