Location: Berkshire

Salary: £30k - £35k (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Customer Service/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team
  • You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base
  • Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System
  • Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are met
  • Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes
  • This role requires someone who works in an organised manner, takes ownership of clients/projects, and proactively manages work in progress
  • Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts
  • Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production
  • Be able to generate innovative and effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations
