This person will be responsible for the management and of the Route to Market Strategy for Southern & Eastern Europe. Collaborating with cross-functional partners in the planning & implementation of the brand activation across outlet/channel priorities. This includes visibility programs, promotions and trade marketing activations
  • 1-5 years in distributor sales and management experience
  • Understand Single and Multiple Distributors (distributor and sub-distributor) system and able to manage the route to market project
  • Highly motivated to work in market (commit to learn new skill)
  • Experience in sales team organisation development.
