Account Manager - Internal Sales

Doncaster

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

As an Account Manager, you will be required to:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with customer base.
  • Manage around 100 to 200 customers.
  • Understand clients' requirements.
  • Identify and achieve sales upsell and cross-sell quotas.
  • Meet retention objectives.
  • Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle.
  • Ensure assigned customers' needs and expectations are met.
  • Client meetings

Candidate:

  • Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment
  • Strong track record working in a customer satisfaction role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate efforts across various teams
  • Confident telephone manner and client meetings face to face
