Responsibilities:
Client & Project Management – Own client relationships, manage project portfolios, and ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement – Keep clients informed with clear status updates and well-prepared meetings.
Content & Communications – Draft and refine materials for change management and L&D programs.
Scheduling & Logistics – Liaise with clients and facilitators to coordinate seamless training sessions.
Marketing & Business Growth – Support campaigns, social media, and new business proposals.
Financials & Admin – Handle invoicing (QuickBooks), CRM updates, and general project documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Client-facing account management in L&D, change management, internal comms, or employee engagement.
Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project planning tools, LMS platforms, Office 365, AI (Copilot), Mural, Session Lab, and SharePoint.
Exceptional Communicator: First-class verbal and written skills with a keen eye for detail.
Problem Solver: Process-oriented mindset, always seeking efficiency and improvements.
Commercially Aware: Ability to manage budgets, pricing, and identify new business opportunities.
