Salary: £39,600 - £48,000 (Depends on experience)

Job Overview:

The Account Manager (Public Relations) plays a pivotal role in the company's global business strategy, responsible for planning and implementing client management and communication strategies in the public relations sector. This includes establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing PR strategies, managing media relations, and ensuring the successful execution of PR campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team, external vendors, and internal departments to ensure PR activities align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify potential clients and attract new clients through effective PR strategies.
  2. PR Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement PR plans and strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and image.
    • Manage media relations to ensure positive coverage in major media outlets.
  1. Event Planning and Execution:

o Plan and execute various PR events, including press conferences, media events, and client meetings.

o Oversee the execution of events, ensuring all activities are conducted on time and efficiently.

  1. Content Creation and Management:

o Create and manage PR materials related to the company’s EOR solutions, ensuring effective communication of their benefits.

o Ensure all PR content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

  1. Internal Collaboration and Communication:

o Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the PR department and other company divisions.

o Monitor internal operational systems and suggest enhancements.

o Regularly train the customer service department on EOR solutions, ensuring contractual accuracy.

  1. Vendor Management:

o Source and manage relationships with external vendors, including PR firms, media agencies, and creative agencies.

o Negotiate contracts to ensure vendors deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

  1. Client Needs Analysis and Consultation:

o Understand and cater to prospective clients' PR needs by offering specialized advice and tailored PR solutions.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and update country-specific EOR documentation and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Must hold a Master's degree or an equivalent level (dual degrees considerable) of education or higher.
    • Background in Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus..
  2. Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in public relations, client management, EOR, or global business expansion.
    • Experience collaborating with overseas agents; having existing overseas agent resources is a distinct advantage.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficiency in international labour laws, taxation, and compliance issues.
    • Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously while being a productive team member.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Fluency in Chinese, English, and any other relevant languages.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with an undying zeal for international market progression.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks. High resilience, a dedicated work ethic, and impeccable professional integrity.
