Account Manager - Romanian Speaking

Our client, a hugely established world leading wellness company, are looking for a Romanian speaking Account Manager to join their Leadership Services Team.

The main purpose of the role will be to support in managing all aspects of Diamond Club. This is a leadership development program within the business to encourage, educate, and empower Diamond Club participants in order to contribute to the growth of the market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Diamond Club website content/functionality
  • Process applications and facilitate sponsorship acceptance
  • Increase participation and graduation rates
  • Coordinate Diamond Club Training & Mandatory Calls
  • Coordinate Diamond Club Award Events (Leadership, Sourcing Trip, Convention)
  • Determine and Audit standings
  • Process final reports
  • Manage award creation
  • Manage prize inventory/distribution
  • Create winners power point
  • Manage weekly communication with Wellness Advocates Participants
  • Phone & email encouragement, clarification, strategy and support
  • Promo Code Issues
  • Website content
  • Upload Diamond Club conference calls
  • Host weekly Diamond Club conference calls (arrange guest speakers and topics)
  • Send weekly update email and conference call notes
  • Diamond Club social media interaction
  • Manage monthly communication/interaction
  • Conduct training webinars

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • Relevant computer knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media)
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people
