Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
