We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the City of London. This role is integral to our business, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the automotive or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
