You enjoy being out in the field, building relationships, and establishing trust with our NHS strategic partners, confidently challenging the status quo.

Covering Central London, you’re responsible for managing and delivering sales and profit targets, as well as providing a high level of support and service to our NHS customers working closely with a Renal Clinical Specialist.

Working in partnership with our NHS customers, you will aim to positively impact improved outcomes for patients through change management and efficient patient pathways. This will be achieved by facilitating quality improvement programmes that will deliver true value.

  • Educate Healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of Baxter Products to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
  • Portfolio sell to maximise growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choice for our customers.

What you'll bring

  • Positive and agile work ethic that contributes to thriving in a constantly transforming external environment and seamlessly adapting to evolving business priorities
