Responsive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting again this time for an Account Manager for our Lambourn Woodlands based client.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong can-do attitude with a focus on margin retention and sales revenue increases. You will be required to work closely with the full team to implement agreed business focuses to elevate sales within their channel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the largest brands in Europe within a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for proactively driving sales in the UK and Europe, building, and maintaining relationships and completing pre- and post-sales tasks to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within the existing customer estate.
  • Encourage new customers to open an account with the client and qualify new accounts.
  • Profile potential leads to establish opportunities for new business.
  • Develop an industry-leading skillset by proactively keeping abreast of new trends and products in the market.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Account Management / Sales background
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Listening skills and the ability to question effectively
  • Time management skills



Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:45-17:30

After an initial training period the option to work in remotely 2 days a week

Basic salary up to £30000 per annum and generous commission scheme.
25 days holiday from start (excluding bank holidays) increasing up to a maximum of 27 days with length of service, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
