Due to an internal promotion, Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are looking to hire an Account Manager to join our temporary division, looking after a key account. You will pro-actively take responsibility for two key business activities as detailed below: Account Management and Candidate Resourcing.

The purpose of this role is to retain and grow a key client whilst achieving monthly revenue targets. Account Managers are to work closely with their manager to accurately forecast / pipeline month to month.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of commercial awareness through highlighting any risks / challenges they foresee on their desk and will have the ability to handle any client/ candidate issues that arise, have excellent candidate rapport, confidence in handling new temp booking call ins as well as the ability to recruit good quality candidates on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of employee contracts and HR related data.
  • Manage client recruitment intakes, from resourcing of candidate to placement and maintaining service levels thereafter.
  • Work to monthly KPIs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Attend regular on-site meetings with the client to maintain strong relationships, develop in-depth knowledge of client needs, provide insight on current market trends.
  • Generate reports on account performance, presenting findings on monthly and quarterly meetings with the client.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the client, as well as managing the client’s recruitment intakes.

Experience / skill-set required:

  • You will be an excellent team player, strong communicator, and natural conversationalist.
  • Experience working as an Account Manager in a similar environment preferred.
  • Confident in dealing with a range of contacts / clients in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Problem solving and the ability to deal with any issues that may arise.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience of developing relationships with clients.

  • Salary £25 - £27k basic plus commission scheme (based on the person currently in the role OTE would be £1500- £2500 per month commission on top of basic and uncapped commission scheme).
