Here’s a lowdown on the job, this should cover everything you need to know:

IT Account Manager- no new business expectations or cold calling- all clients are existing clients

- Customer places order online

- You are calling the customer to welcome them to the business and confirm their order

- At least 50 calls per day

- The IT Account Manager calls the customer to thank them for their order and goes through a serious of qualifying questions, rapport building and decideds if that client is a potential ongoing customer that needs an Account Manager. You then sell them the benefits of having you as their Account Manager and sign them up

- That client is then managed by you and all spend from on that account sits with you- you get commission on this spend

- After the first 6 months of doing the welcome calls, it progresses into a full Account Management role for your accounts, including: providing quotes, processing orders, deal with deliver queries or invoice queries
