Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client accounts.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and communications.
  • Update internal project management software.
  • Utilise technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations.
  • Provide clear and detailed briefings to deliver tactical activities.
  • Understand client needs, anticipate them, and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare campaign insights reports, including analysis and research.
  • Demonstrate experience in running communications and marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Exhibit excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services delivered by our client.
  • Participate in pitching for new business and developing proposals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar role.
  • Ideally, experience in an agency setting or managing multiple brands in-house.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with our clients.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
