Key Account Manager

£35k- £40K + Commission

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Worcester - Free Parking

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to sell bespoke solutions through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs of each client and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. In addition, you will be responsible for nurturing existing business relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

You will be joining a company with an established client base. It will be your responsibility to nurture and grow this base through relationship building, cross site networking, referral and your own research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a market sector.
  • Implementing effective account management strategies to nurture and retain existing business relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a solution or service provider.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
