Account Manager

My IT client are looking for an Account Manager/Customer Engagement Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

They provide services such as:

• Security Awareness
• Email Filtering
• EDR
• MDR
• Patch Management
• Anti-Virus
• Cloud-Back Up
• Network Products
• Managed IT migration and support

This role is an exciting opportunity to join their Sales team where support and training will be provided by the very beginning.

The role consists of outbound communications via telephone, email and social media to existing customers.

They are looking for someone who can build relationships as well as brand awareness, and identify, track cross sell and up sell opportunities. This role would suit a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for hitting achievable targets.

You will work from home one day a week after initial training.
