Account Manager – healthcare - nurse call alarms & software - Southwest

I'm currently working with a truly market-leading manufacturer of nurse call alarm / fire alarm systems and software (£2bn group turnover). This company have an excellent culture which is shown by the low staff turnover in the sales team (10+ years average).

This will be a technical sales role focused on closing inbound high-value projects across the healthcare and custodial sectors. You will also be managing existing customers and cross selling the company’s software solutions. Experience selling nurse call systems into the healthcare sector is essential.

Salary: £55k salary + £6,500 car allowance or company vehicle + uncapped and monthly paid commission (£25k OTE).

Location: Remote/field-based, covering the Southwest region (focused on Bristol, Oxford, Portsmouth, Southampton, and Bournemouth).

Duration: Permanent

Requirements:

  • Experience selling nurse call systems into the healthcare sector, working with main contractors, M&E consultants, facilities management companies, and end users (e.g. the NHS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Southwest (2-4 days per week).
