Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual to work in a fantastic telephone fundraising organisation based in Bristol. The organisation is committed to providing an excellent customer experience for all clients, and this is a crucial role in the success of the company.

You will need to be articulate with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will be confident in analyzing statistics and producing in-depth campaign materials and reports.

Main duties will include liaising with clients to prepare a brief, producing campaign review documentation and reports. You will also be working closely with the Creative Manager to produce scripts and training materials, and also, will have daily contact with clients to ensure campaigns are efficient and productive.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to manage numerous ongoing projects, delivering exceptional customer focus, strategic input, and support to multiple clients.

Importantly you will need to be calm, be a real team player and have a great sense of humor.

The ideal applicant will have experience in the not-for-profit sector, although all relevant applications will be considered.
