Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong background in customs or freight. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a commercially focused role, who is looking to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base within the customs and freight sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop custom solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitoring account performance, reporting on metrics, and setting goals to drive growth.
  • Staying abreast of industry changes and regulations to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customs or freight.
  • Previous experience in a commercially focused role.
  • Strong understanding of the customs and freight industry, including relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
