You will have 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or business development within a custom software development company or a similar B2B environment to carry out this new account management role. You will serve as the primary point of contact ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement and build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders. Must haves:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
Sales & Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
Contract & SoW Management: Experience of handling contracts and proposals
Technical & Process Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, SaaS solutions, or customisable platforms
