We have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a stable and steadily growing SaaS business in Brighton in the Client Services Team. This Customer Success Manager role is focused around building strong relationships through account management, ensuring customer success in the form of ROI.

As an Account Manager the role involves:

  • Ownership of a portfolio of around 15-20 clients, with a mix of new and existing
  • Managing the post sales lifecycle with a client from onboarding and understanding their sector and maximising the services available to them, through to building strong and long lasting client relationships
  • Meeting with clients over video calls and in person as well as regular telephone and email communication
  • Collaborating internally with the campaign managers and technical teams to ensure campaign success for your assigned clients

Skills & experience required:

  • B2B Account Management is essential
  • Commercially astute, able to understand the full sales cycle of your clients, various sectors and targets vs ROI
  • Ideally understanding marketing channels and their use to clients

This is a full time permanent role offering a basic salary of £35,000 plus quarterly commission and other regular incentives.
