We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join a leading IT Services business as they continue to grow.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and building positive relationships to drive sales and promote their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Seek to build positive relationships with leads to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Actively promote our clients services and solutions, spreading awareness of its offerings through various channels.
  • Engage regularly with prospects and clients to address concerns, provide value, maintain and build trust.
  • Educate and support their clients with information and assistance related to products/services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the BDRs and Marketing team to meet and exceed agreed targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management within the IT sector
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
