I am currently working with a client of mine at an exciting and busy stage of their growth journey, they have an impressive track record of delivering award-winning products to global transportation companies. Specialising in developing innovative software that plays a transformative part in making a difference to their customer's journeys.

They are a small, highly motivated and friendly team who want to rapidly expand across the UK and Europe, and they want someone to join them!

The role:

As the Executive Account Manager, you will work alongside their Head of Account Management to deliver a top quality service to clients. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, managing key timelines and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Act as the key point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and requirements
  • Work together with the team to help manage and deliver projects alongside clients, monitoring and initiating necessary actions
  • Maintain strong communication between the client and internal teams
  • Build, strengthen and develop client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Ensure the product maintains a high-quality standard through daily and weekly testing
  • Support different areas of the business including the Product team and Business Development team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Comfortable with analysing large datasets and identifying key trends to help understand user behaviour and inform decision making on product improvement
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Experience in a client facing position, managing relationships with a range of stakeholders externally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player and a self-starter with a willingness to learn, challenge and get involved
  • Forward thinker with good attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up skills quickly and learn at a fast pace
  • Must be flexible to travel across the UK where required
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive
