Remote First, Occasional travel to Cardiff

Our client, a successful and growing Software firm, are looking to hire an Account Manager. You'll play a key role in nurturing relationships with current and prospective partners.

They've got a brilliant product which is leading to more sales and growth, hence the new role- There's no cold calling and this role is more around exploring warm leads and building relationships with senior stakeholders at existing clients.

This role would be perfect for someone who has experience in a similar role and wants to be part of a scaling business with great core values and a remote first attitude to working. This is a role that will evolve and grow as the business does, so would suit someone who wants to progress over the coming years.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture strong relationships with current and potential partners
  • Stay up to date with information on clients businesses and industry trends
  • Manage partner accounts, tracking performance metrics
  • Work closely with the technical teams to keep up to date with features and functionality

What We're Looking for

  • Experience in a relationship management role - preferably SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software - ideally HubSpot
