Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accountant - German Speaking to join a market leading company based in Maidenhead

If you are a fluent German speaker with accounting experience including accounts payable , account receivables and month end then this role is perfect for you!

This is a hybrid permanent role (3 days in the office) - you must be within a commutable distance of Maidenhead

Responsibilities:

  • Review, raise and verify client contracts and raise as Sales Orders into NetSuite financial system
  • Review, raise, verify and generate invoices from NetSuite financial system
  • Process, code and match purchase invoices and set up invoices for payment
  • Process expense reports
  • Prepare and process electronic bank transfers and payments
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and ensure payments are up to date
  • Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries
  • Maintain client files and liaise with client as needed, resolving queries
  • Maintain client POs and credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak German fluently
  • Must have experience with ledger accounts
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • NetSuite experience would be beneficial
